A few things to know.
Does everyone need a paid account?
Team members can create free accounts and join a tour by invitation. Creating independent tours requires approved manager access.
Is payment automatic?
No. Payment is arranged manually. There is no online checkout or automatic renewal in this version.
Can another manager help run my tour?
Yes. The tour creator can appoint a tour manager within that tour. That role does not grant permission to create independent tours.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. FullFreakingSchedule runs in your browser with a layout designed for smaller screens. You can also use it on a laptop.
What happens if manager access expires?
You won’t be able to create new tours. Existing tours remain available according to your tour membership and permissions.
